The Merrill Edge representative at the BOA branch always sits in an empty office. Been there twice in the last few weeks.
First visit he had just got back from paternity leave and could not access his profile to get a form for me. Today again empty office, he claimed he was booked for the next two weeks. I have been with BOA for twenty plus years. A preffered customer.
I have 100K in my checking account needing to invest.
